How can I amend a room booking?

You can amend a booking online on the manage my booking page.

How can I cancel a room booking?

Bookings may be cancelled online through Manage My Booking in line with the cancelation policies detailed in your confirmation.

Please note that if you have booked an advance purchase rate your booking cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.

How will I know my booking is confirmed?

When you have completed the booking process online you will also receive booking confirmation by email. This includes your reservation details as well as a confirmation number.

Please note if booking is made over the phone an email confirmation will be sent if you have provided an email address.

Is payment taken straight away from my card?

Depending on the terms of the rate booked, credit card details are primarily used as a reservation guarantee. If you have booked an Advance Purchase rate payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Are cots available?

Cots and cribs can be requested directly with the Hotel.

Can I request adjoining rooms?

Adjoining and interconnecting rooms can be requested directly with the Hotel.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners.

Cash or Gift Voucher payments are accepted at the Hotel.

How can I Check-in Online?

Check-in Online is simple; just follow the link you will receive on your check-in email from the hotel in advance of arrival. This email is sent to the email address provided at booking stage. If your email address was not provided at booking stage, check-in can be completed through our website.

Check-in Online is available 3 days prior to arrival up until 1pm on the day of arrival, after 1pm please check in at the Hotel reception desk.

For bookings made on the day of arrival after 1pm, please check-in at the hotel reception desk.

What time can I Check-in Online?

Check-in Online is available up to 1pm on the day of arrival, for bookings made on the day of arrival after 1pm, please check-in at the Hotel reception desk.

Can I Check-in as normal at the desk if I don’t Check-in Online?

Yes, if you don’t Check-in Online you can check-in as normal at reception on arrival at the Hotel.

I can’t find the email with the link to Check-in Online, what do I do?

Check-in can still be completed through our website. Please enter your reservation details in the form above.

What forms of payment are accepted during Online Check-in?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners.

Check-in Online is not available if paying by cash or gift voucher. Check-in must be completed at the hotel reception desk on arrival.

Is my card charged during Online Check-in?

Yes, full payment is charged to your card during Online Check-in.

Can I charge items to my room during my stay?

On arrival at the Hotel, reception can pre - authorise your credit card to allow for charges to your room during your stay. Unfortunately, this facility is unavailable for debit cards.

Can I charge food and beverage to my room if I Check-in Online?

You can charge to your room by pre – authorising your credit card on arrival at the Hotel. Unfortunately, this facility is unavailable for debit cards.

How can I pay for parking if I Check-in Online?

Parking can be paid directly at the Hotel when you are departing the Hotel.

How long does the pre-authorisation stay on my credit card?

If check-out is completed online, any charges to your room will be paid separately at this stage. The original pre-authorisation amount can be held for up to 48 hours after your departure. Please note that this release time is not decided by the hotel and is dependent on the customer’s card issuing bank. American Express and cards issued from non-European banks can take longer.

On arrival where can I pick up my key?

On arrival at the Hotel please go directly to the reception desk to collect your room key, following the social distancing guidelines outlined at the Hotel.

Can everyone Check-out Online?

As long as you have provided an email address and phone number during the check-in process, on the morning of your departure, we will send you the link to check-out on your mobile device.

How can you signup to Online Check-out?

When you are completing the Online Check-in, you have the option to avail of Online Check-out.

A link will be sent by email, simply tick the box box for your preference of communication.

How does Online Check-out work?

The morning of your departure you will receive an email at 7am with a link to the online check-out.

How/when will I receive my receipt?

Your receipt is sent electronically as a PDF to your e-mail address on the day of your departure.

What should I do if I haven't received my receipt by e-mail?

If you haven't received a receipt for your stay via e-mail, you must contact the hotel by e-mail or telephone.

What should I do with my room key?

On departure from the hotel simply drop you room key into the designated box at reception.
