With a single USB connection (Windows laptop, MacBook, or Chromebook), the meeting organiser can use the room’s display, and the Poly Conferencing Trolley’s camera, microphone, and speakers as well as a wireless keyboard and trackpad with any video conferencing application, webinar service, or streaming platform on their own Laptop.

Is there WIFI in the meeting rooms?

Yes, complimentary WIFI is available in our meeting rooms, event areas,  guest bedrooms, and public areas.

Is there a projector and screen in the meeting rooms?

Each of our meeting rooms is equipped with an LCD projector and drop screen which is HDMI & VGA compatible.

Do the meeting rooms have natural daylight?

Yes, all of our modern meeting rooms are flooded with natural daylight.

Are the meeting rooms air conditioned?

Each meeting room is individually air-conditioned.

Can I access my meeting room before my event to set up?

Yes, your meeting room will be available 30 minutes prior to your event for set up.

Who will I liaise with on the day for any queries?

Meeting organisers will be asked to arrive 30 minutes before the event start time & check-in at the hotel reception on arrival where they will be greeted by a member of the team who will be their point of contact during their meeting should they require any assistance.

Is there car parking onsite?

Valet parking is available at the hotel at a rate of €25 overnight from check-in time (3 pm) to check out (12pm). A reduced rate of €20 per day is available to meeting attendees. Parking is subject to availability and must be pre-booked by the organiser.
